Please read these terms and our  reservation policy prior to making reservation.  By ordering a service you agree with all terms of reservation policy.

Reservation should be made at the latest day before.


Cancellation policy:

  • Full refund if cancellation on last minute due to a force majeur (safety risk due to bad weather such as storm, wind +10m/s, guide sickness, technical problem with boat, clients accident).

  • Full refund if cancelled not later than 7 days before departure.

  • 75% refund if cancelled not later than 48 hours before departure.

  • 50% refund if cancelled not later than 24 hours before departure.

  • No refund if cancelled less than 24 hours before departure.

  • Changes are possible untill 18h00 local time the day before departure. All changes cost 10€ extra and are subject to availability.

Other terms.

LakelandGTE may cancel the service at any moment in the case of a force majeure, such as a techical problem, staff sickness or dangerous weather conditions that would jeopardize the safety of clients (thunder, wind over 12 m/s).  In case of a cancellation client will be refunded for the amount of the remaining time of service. LakelandGTE is not liable for any other expenses of the client, caused by a cancellation of service before or during the service.

The fee of a program includes service mentioned in the service description.  Client must obey guides instruction at all times. If client does not obey guides instructions,  he/she will be liable for all damages causes by disobedience.   Client must inform in advance all sicknessess and restrictions that may have an effect on planning a program and safety.  A serious sickness or reduces mobility may prevent participation of client to program, and client must check this prior to reservation. Guide must  interrupt program in case a client will jeopordize safety. It is forbidden to participate under influance of alcohol or drugs.   No pets are allowed in the boat. On charter cruises client may eat and drink own products, but client is responsible for eventual cleaning caused by this.

Client must report eventual lacks of service immediately so that guide can make correction during service.  Eventual refund claims for lacks of service must be done in writing to LakelandGTE within 30 days.  In case that LakelandGTE and client cannot find mutual understanding in a claim, the dispute will will be settled in Pohjois-Savo court and finnish law will be applied.

Eventual questions about the terms of the reservation policy must be made prior to reservation.  By ordering a service client agrees with all terms of reservation policy.
